Anita Young, Interventionist, Central
Ms. Young does so much for Central and our students! She has been at our school for over 20 years helping students and staff members. Ms. Young helps our students calm down so they can work through their problems and return to learning quickly. She is a smiling face and a great listener for those students and staff who just want to drop in and say “hi”.
Ms.Young is constantly teaching students manners and how to deal with others in a polite manner. This is a great life-long skill for our students.
She is willing to address hard conversations with students and guides the discussion with ease. To say she has had a positive impact on Central is an understatement. Ms. Young is also a great listener for adults in our building. If you’re having an issue, she is always willing to listen and give great advice! She is appreciated more than she could ever imagine. Thank you Ms. Young for being BOLD for everyone!
