Cali Van Way, Special Education Para, Kittrell
Cali has been an amazing person to have in the classroom, helping with two different students this year. She always has the student’s best interests in mind and wants them to work hard and do their best. Cali always seems to be a step ahead, looking for ways to improve and be better for her students.
She can support a student through mostly non-verbal cues and small re-directions which ensures that the class can continue learning without disruption. This is greatly appreciated! She stays late to ensure her students get on the bus safely and that everything in the room is taken care of before leaving. She is a rockstar and Kittrell is lucky to have her! Thank you Cali for being BOLD for our students!
