Nick is a true team player and a true leader for our students in Waterloo Schools. Nick serves more than just our students at EXPO. He sees his role as someone who connects our students with opportunity no matter what that needs to look like. He builds trusting relationships with students who may not have that with another adult male. Nick is a true team member and wants to support his teammates whether or not that is another Family Support Worker!

Nick goes above and beyond in his role, collaborating seamlessly with all staff members and extending his unwavering support to every student and their families. His commitment knows no bounds as he consistently wears multiple hats while supporting the entire building on a daily basis. Nick’s efforts in improving attendance and re-engaging students in their education are what stands out to most people, but it is the work he does behind the scenes that really shows his commitment and dedication to our school’s mission.
