Thank you for your patience as we continue finalizing continuous learning plans for our students, staff & families heading into the extended COVID-19 shutdown through Thursday, April 30. As you may have heard, this week Waterloo Schools will begin implementation of the Voluntary Enrichment Plan as specified by Governor Reynolds. These days will count toward instruction and will not need to be made up.
As we gear up for the official launch on Wednesday, our staff will use Monday and Tuesday, (April 13 & April 14) to collaborate on the plan, finalize preparations, and complete professional development for our extended continuous learning to begin for students on Wednesday, April 15.
Additional details for families will be sent on Tuesday to prepare for the Wednesday launch. Please call 433-2020 with general questions about the school shutdown or call your child’s school and leave a message, as staff are returning calls.
