STUDENT PICK-UP/DROP OFF FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES PK-11

Thank you SO much for your continued patience as we finalize details for your child to retrieve belongings left at school. We know how difficult this has been on everyone and we are sad to end the 2019-2020 school year in this manner. We think of you often and we wish you a safe, healthy and happy summer, and we look forward to August and the start of a new school year.
PLEASE read this message carefully as it contains information about how to drop off school items and pick up your child’s personal belongings from classrooms, desks and lockers.
ELEMENTARY PROCEDURES
The drop off/pick up will be done curbside with all visitors staying in their vehicles. Students should plan to drop off any school items you have at home, such as library books, textbooks, Chromebooks and chargers, hotspots and Mediacom modems.
Elementary drop-off/pick-up times:
After June 2, please call the building office to schedule a time to pick up personal belongings.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PROCEDURES
The drop off/pick up will be done curbside with all visitors staying in their vehicles. Students should plan to drop off any school items you have at home, such as library books, textbooks, athletic uniforms/equipment, school-owned instruments or any other school-issued items. Chromebooks and chargers may be kept for the summer UNLESS your child is not returning to our district. In that case, please drop off curbside, along with hotspots, Mediacom modems if applicable.

6th Grade: Tuesday, June 2, last names A-I 8-10 am, last name J-R 10:30-12:30, last names S-Z 1-3pm
7th Grade: Wednesday, June 3, last names A-I 8-10 am, last name J-R 10:30-12:30, last names S-Z 1-3pm
8th Grade: Thursday, June 4, last names A-I 8-10 am, last name J-R 10:30-12:30, last names S-Z 1-3pm
If possible, please have a sheet of paper with your child(ren)’s name(s) and grade level to hold up or display in the window of your vehicle to speed the process. A staff member will collect your child’s items and bring student items to your vehicle and put them in your trunk or hand them to you through your window. Again, we ask everyone to remain in their vehicles.
We ask that you come during your assigned time. If that is not possible, please come at any of the times listed here OR call the school office to arrange another time.
