1.10 ADDITIONAL BIDDING INFORMATION
A. Anticipated contract awarded at school board meeting following April 11.
B. All bids shall be made on the printed form attached to and made part of the proposed Contract Documents.
C. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.
D. The right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities is reserved by the School District.
E. By virtue of Statutory Authority, the bidder shall give preference to Iowa Domestic Labor and products produced with the State of Iowa according to the provisions of the current code of Iowa.
