The mission of Becker Elementary is to help support the whole student socially, emotionally, and academically.  Our vision is to create a warm, inviting, and safe learning environment. Our Becker community serves approximately 500 students in Pre-Kindergarten – 5th grade. When you visit Becker you will find students engaged in learning, and a dedicated staff working to meet every child’s needs. Student achievement goals are our focus in literacy and math. We are a PBIS school where we are helping our students to see their strengths, talents, and potential in themselves.   Our most important rule is “Safety First; with both our bodies and our hearts.” At Becker our school climate and safety is supported through Positive Behavioral Supports.

In addition to our families and staff, we also have a great network with our Partners In Education.   They work hard to ensure our students have everything they need to be successful at school. Our partners support us with donations of school supplies, uniforms, and winter coats, boots and snow pants. Our partners take time out of their busy day to volunteer in the classroom, listen to students read, volunteer as a guest speaker, or volunteer their time to support family events.
