Visiting Our School

In order for us to provide the most intentional experience at our school for you, your children, and our staff we ask that you follow the guidelines below when seeking out an opportunity to visit our school:

• All individuals desiring to visit students during the school day must be listed as an approved individual.
• All individuals seeking visits within their child’s classroom must make an appointment with the teacher prior to attending.  We ask that your request is no longer than 30 minutes.
• All individuals seeking visits within the building are asked to not interact with other students outside of the students that they are listed as an approved individual.
• All individuals seeking a short visit with their individual child may pop in at any time and your child will be called to the office for your visit.
• All individuals visiting the building must check-in at the office, wear a badge if you are staying, and check out at the office prior to leaving, to ensure the safety of all.
• All visitors that are choosing to volunteer on a more routine basis will be required to fill out an application and background check form prior to setting up volunteer hours.  Please call the school for more information.

The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure a highly engaged educational environment where your child can thrive at the best of their abilities, with the least amount of distractions.
