Our staff and students have built a caring community. A positive learning environment has been created through The Leader in Me and the Positive Behavior Supports Initiative. Our school is a warm, inviting, fun place where families are welcomed,  honored, and feel connected. We are a community where families and staff have a true partnership in providing a safe, caring climate for learning. This trusting partnership is the key to ensuring academic success for every Poyner student.
